How DeltaVisor works, and what to do when it doesn’t

The product, in the order you meet it
Find a place, open its record, put a standing watch over the ground around it, and read what comes back each morning.

Find a place
Type an address, or open the map and pick the region you work in. The map is also how you check whether we cover you at all.

Step 2
Activate it
Activating asks every source in that region about that one place and assembles what comes back. Charged once, yours from then on.

Watch a territory
A watcher is a standing query: some regions, the signals you care about, an optional value range, and a name.

Get told
One email each morning per watcher, and one for the properties you are watching. Quiet days send nothing.

Something not behaving?
Start with the common ones: no digest, a quiet watcher, an address we cannot place, a map that will not draw. If it is none of those, tell us the address, the region or the watcher and we can usually say exactly what happened.
