What each market carries depends on what its city publishes, and each market's page shows what changes there.
Yes, on Solo: 7 days, card on file, no charge, including 10 property activations. One per account. Everything on record at an address you activate is on screen in the first minute, and a monitor starts filling your feed as soon as you create it. Cancel before day 8 and you are not charged, and you can subscribe again whenever you like, though the trial itself is a one-time thing.
Both, on every self-serve plan. Annual is the monthly rate times ten, so committing to the year gets you two months free. Caps and features are identical on both intervals.
No. The allowance returns to the full number every month, on the day your subscription started, and anything unused is not banked. The cap is a ceiling rather than a ration: it exists to stop bulk extraction, not to price each request. Genuine diligence rarely reaches 50 new properties in a month, and properties you have already activated stay yours permanently and never count again.
Team usage is sublinear in seats. Properties belong to the organisation, so five people working one territory open the same places rather than five times as many.
Any time. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Properties you have activated stay yours through any change.
Freshness follows each jurisdiction's own publication schedule, so we do not write a latency guarantee about somebody else's release cadence. Enterprise buys custom integration and hands-on onboarding.
