14,870 properties had at least one roof permit issued (17,095 permits in all). The highest rate is around SW 128th St and SW 119th Pl (ZIP 33186), at 83 permits per 1,000 homes.

Which parts of Seattle had the most expired or stop-work permits this year?
2,865 building permits have expired this year. SoDo has the most, 71 around 1st Ave S and Airport Way S, about 38 per 1,000 homes. Stop-work orders are not in Seattle’s records, and the answer says so.

How do median sale prices in Washington DC’s neighborhoods this year compare with last year?
Split by home value, they diverge. In the lowest fifth of areas the median rose 14.3% to $480,000, while in the fourth fifth it fell 11.1% to $790,000. The top fifth held at about $1.3 million.

In Cleveland, how many condemned properties got a demolition permit within a year?
Of 658 properties condemned between October 2024 and September 2025, 202 (31%) were issued a demolition permit within a year, a median of 174 days later.
